Your Band
Wearing a non-padded, non-minimizing everyday bra, measure just above the bust by bringing a soft measuring tape across your back at band level, under each arm (elbows down), then around the front to snugly but comfortably line up with where your bra straps meet your cups. TIP: Odd number or on the half inch? Round down to the nearest even number.
Your Bust
Measure across the fullest part of the bust by threading a soft measuring tape across your back at band level and under each arm, being careful that your elbows are down and that the tape isn't pulled away from the body in the front. With the tape in position, take a breath in and out, allowing it to slide to its most comfortable, non-binding fit. TIP: If the measurement falls on the half inch, round up. 2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
UAE Shipping
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- FREE Standard Delivery: Orders above AED 350
GCC Shipping
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
International Shipping
- Delivery within 7-14 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, festive seasons, or unexpected delays.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GST), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts:
- Our shipping partners will attempt two deliveries before returning the package to us.
- If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failed attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Address Guidelines:
- Please ensure the correct address and phone number are provided at checkout.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

- UAE orders above AED 350 qualify for FREE shipping.
