• GCC Countries – Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar
• International Shipping – Available for selected regions (fees apply)

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

 UAE Shipping

• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• FREE Standard Delivery: Orders above AED 350

GCC Shipping

• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

 International Shipping

• Delivery within 7-14 business days
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, festive seasons, or unexpected delays.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

 Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GST), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Terms & Failed Deliveries

   Delivery Attempts:

• Our shipping partners will attempt two deliveries before returning the package to us.
• If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failed attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.

 Address Guidelines:

• Please ensure the correct address and phone number are provided at checkout.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

6. Shipping Charges & Customs Duties

• UAE orders above AED 350 qualify for FREE shipping.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in their country.
